  • We write our first check at pre-seed or seed. That means you should already have a working product (or at least a proper prototype), some early user feedback, and initial signs of traction, revenue is great, but not mandatory if you’re building in deep-tech or regulated spaces. We don’t fund napkin ideas or academic papers with no plan to execute.

  • Send a tight pitch deck: 10 slides max, that covers what you’ve built, your traction, why your team is qualified, and what exactly you’re raising for. We appreciate warm intros but don’t penalize cold outreach if you’re brief, direct, and actually solving something worth building. Tell us why your market matters, what you’ve tried already, and what’s broken with the status quo, don’t make us dig for the story.

  • If we like your initial materials, we’ll set up a call to cut to the core of your business and team. If there’s a fit, expect a short, focused diligence process: customer calls, product demo, market and team deep-dive, and a quick look at your data room. If you’re responsive and transparent, we’ll get to a yes/no in 2–3 weeks, no endless committee circus.

  • We don’t micromanage, but we expect honest updates: good, bad, or ugly, at least quarterly. We’re hands-on when you need us (open intros, strategy, hiring, follow-on rounds), but we won’t chase you for vanity metrics or busywork. If you hit a wall, ask for help early; we respect urgency and directness, not radio silence or polished excuses.

  • We invest across the board, but we’re sharpest in B2B SaaS, both AI-native and non-AI tools, plus AI infrastructure, digital health, fintech, cyber. If you’re outside these lanes, your edge needs to be clear: defensible IP, a proven team, or breakthrough innovation. We back marketplaces and consumer apps only when there’s real traction, including revenue.
