ALTUM partnerhip

Outlast Fund is thrilled to partner with ALTUM through the Pre-Seed and Seed Stage Venture Capital Fund program, supported by the European Regional Development Fund.

This collaboration creates opportunities to invest in startups and innovation that align with the EU’s priorities, digital transformation, green transition, and strengthening economic resilience.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The initiative is backed by ALTUM and financed by the European Union via the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), as part of Latvia’s national recovery strategy. The total fund amounts to €20.67 million, with €18.6 million provided by ALTUM and the remainder from private co-investors. Operating between 2024 and 2034, the fund will actively invest over the first five years, focusing on pre-seed and seed-stage startups.

Our mission is to empower globally minded founders from Latvia and the wider Baltic and Nordic region. Startups are evaluated against strict selection standards in line with EU rules and ALTUM’s investment framework.
